Vivo - "Mantra"
I was a Modeling Supervisor on this project and it was one of the most challenging projects I've worked on. There were two full 3D environments and more then 80 characters to be modeled, textured, rigged, animated and rendered in a very tight schedule.
To achieve this on the deadline I modeled two characters ( one male and one child ) and then I sent these models to other modelers of the team to create other characters. We used the same mesh to produce almost all characters, with the same UV layout, so we could use the same base texture for the skins and copy skin weights on the rig when needed.
Beside creating these base models, I was responsible to supervise the creation of all the characters to maintain the artistic style and technical quality to avoid problems on the other departments of production.
